Debra brings a range of tools, including her innate intuition and insight and offers an expansive and
guided process of self-reflection and self-awareness.
All whilst being held in a very capable, grounded and safe practice that has been firmly established over several decades of client work and training.
In Session
Debra has an established foundation in Energy Medicine, therapeutic techniques, naturopathy and bodywork.
Debra is trauma-informed and her practice incorporates somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS) methodology, and embodiment soul coaching.
Her approach is supportive, curious and grounded so no matter what has come before or what is happening now, there is always a clear path through.
The invitation to go within is one of curiosity and self compassion, to meet your inner potential and the awareness to expand further.
Debra is currently offering Intuitive Energy sessions
and multi session Intensives, these can occur online via zoom OR in person.
In person sessions are held at Debra's studio, a haven nestled serenely amongst the native kauri and rimu trees, where bird song and nature offer a wrap around setting of safety and tranquility.
The studio is located at Parau 0604, a scenic 7.8km drive from Titirangi, Auckland. Aotearoa NZ.

Intensives
You also have the option of booking an extended series of sessions, the Intensives. These sessions are designed to take you and your personal work to a deeper level. However, how that works is up to you. You can trust the process and work with whatever is ready to show up for you. Or you can design the theme and time frames with Debra, highlighting a particular area of enquiry.
By engaging in an intensive session series you get to experience an expansive commitment to furthering awareness. The intensives allows you to experiment with new found concepts out in the reality of your own World. Layer upon layer, In the day to day as life arises, with Debra as a guide to support your expanding expression.
You're fully supported through this process with an extended series of sessions suited to your own unique experience, along with catchups in- between to push the work even further into all areas of life in real time supporting you on your journey. An in depth extended experiential approach that supports and expands your current awareness of your relationship to Self, your expression and the World you are creating for yourself and with others.
Sessions are available in person or online.
